Official Rules for Prize Drawing at the Ecolab “Bites & Beats” Event at the National Restaurant Association Show 

No Purchase or Donation Necessary. A Purchase or Donation Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility: The prize drawing giveaway (“Drawing”) at the Ecolab “Bites & Beats” Event on Sunday, May 17, 2026 (the “Event”) at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who attend the Event in person.

2. How to Enter: There are two methods to enter the Drawing. First, you may obtain one drawing entry ticket for every $10 you donate to National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (“NRAEF”) in person at the Event. Second, you may receive up to ten (10) free entry tickets by requesting them in person at the Event from an Ecolab representative at the prize table. There is a limit of ten (10) entries per person regardless of entry methods used. You may place all your entry tickets in the drawing box for your preferred prize at the prize table, or you may split up your entry tickets among multiple prize drawing boxes. By entering the Drawing under any of the above methods, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the prize giveaway, which are final and binding.

3. Drawing: On May 17, 2026, at approximately 7:15 p.m. at the Event, Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing of entries submitted in each prize drawing box. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries placed in each prize drawing box. You must be present at the Event during the Drawing to win. If a winner does not promptly appear when their name is called during the Drawing, their prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be called. A winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility to receive the prize.

4. Prizes: Each winner will receive one prize. The following is a list of all prizes, the quantity available and the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each:

   1. 2 Night Stay + Dinner: Complimentary two-night stay in a one-bedroom deluxe ocean view suite (room & tax only) at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa in Monterey, CA and  dinner for 2 at the Sardine Factory Restaurant (excluding alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity) (ARV: $3,000); one available

   2.    5. For all Prizes:  Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A winner is responsible for paying any costs and taxes not specified above. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. PRIZES WILL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

5. General Conditions: In the event that the operation of the prize giveaway is impaired in any way, Sponsor may award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the prize giveaway, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the prize giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

6. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the prize giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in St. Paul, Minnesota. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the prize giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Minnesota.
